“Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy, for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now.” (Philippians 1:3-5)

God has opened some amazing doors to us here at Connecting Point Communnications. When we began this work, the objective was to mainly reach out to our own nation to help make the case for the Christian worldview in a society that was quickly exchanging it for a more secular progressive one. However, as doors to both India and Pakistan opened, we could not help but step through those doors in obedience to God’s purpose.

More recently, another door has opened through partnership with yet another network, Kingdom Building TV, which has increased our potential viewership by another 100,000,000 viewers! We are excited for these opportunities and are stepping through these doors as God opens them up to us.

While our original vision still holds true, and we are endeavoring to write and produce materials that will reach our nation and address the unique challenges to Christianity here, we are also partnering with our friends in these desperate regions of the world where hearts are hungry for what so many in our own nation have long taken for granted.  However, we cannot do this alone. No work of God is done by any one person. It takes the partnership and cooperation of many coming together under one vision to accomplish God’s purposes in the earth. It was true for Paul, and it is true for ministries today.

All of us have a part to play in the plan of God. Even as many generous people have helped this ministry with their finances, there have been ministries to which God joined my heart to support with my finances as well. In fact, one of the passages of scripture I really like to use in the context of partnership is found in the book of 1 Samuel.

And Saul also went home to Gibeah; and valiant men went with him, whose hearts God had touched (1 Samuel 10:26, emphasis mine).

Saul had been anointed King, but he would need help. God touched the hearts of certain valiant men who felt a desire to see Saul fulfill God’s purpose. We too need those whose hearts are joined together with ours to see that God’s purpose for this ministry is fulfilled.

Years ago, we devised a simple but practial partnership plan to help fund the opportunities God was giving us at that time. It seemed a good time to bring this partnership program back online. The concept is simple: 200 people giving $20 a month to help reach potentially millions with the good news of Jesus Christ. In addition to our efforts in reaching souls, the materials we produce will also be used to disciple those coming to the faith.

For most people, $20 is a doable amount, and when added with the gifts of others doing the same, it enables us to fulfill the vision God has entrusted us. In exchange, we will keep you updated with what God is doing on a monthly basis as well as make available all the resources we are producing for your own spiritual growth and edification.
